Located within walking distance from Puerto Calero marina and a short drive away from vibrant Puerto del Carmen, this contemporary 3-bedroom villa has a private heated pool, partially covered terrace and a self-contained studio apartment for two additional guests, making it an excellent choice for larger groups or families. Its proximity to the resort, with its many restaurants and bars, combined with it’s quiet cul-de-sac location, provides something for everyone.
The main villa consists of one floor and the separate annex is located on the lower ground floor, accessed via several steps leading from the pool area. The main building consists of a large open plan lounge and dining area with stairs leading to a mezzanine area and doors leading to the terrace and pool. There is also a separate eat-in kitchen, utility room and WC. There are three bedrooms in the main house which all have air-conditioning. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dressing room and en-suite shower room. There are a further two double bedrooms which share access to a family bathroom. The self-contained studio has a double bed, lounge area, kitchenette and bathroom. Outside there is a large partially covered terrace with table tennis and steps down to the pool. The 1st floor in the main building is not for customer use.
Car hire is recommended. The villa is only a 15-minute drive from Lanzarote Airport and 10-minute drive to Puerto del Carmen with its long sandy beaches. Guests may also wish to explore the attractions along the coast and further afield on the island, such as visiting Casa Museo del Campesino, walking through beautiful Timanfaya National Park or spending the day at the popular Aqua Park.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
