    Located in a secluded area of Macher, this restored 4-bedroom villa has impressive, far reaching mountain and sea views, its own private pool, separate annexe, and wrap-around terrace making it an ideal choice for families or larger groups. The villa is only a short drive to the amenities of Puerto del Carmen, the Puerto Calero marina and is walking distance to a large supermarket.

    The villa is L-shaped with a wrap-around terrace. Several rooms, including those within the annexe, have direct access to the outside area. in the main house, there is a separate kitchen, large, open plan lounge and dining area with doors to the terrace and pool area. There are two bedrooms: one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and doors to the terrace, and a second double bedroom with access to a shared shower room. Within the annexe, which is accessible via the terrace, there are two additional bedrooms: one twin bedroom and one double bedroom, as well as one additional shared bathroom.

    Car hire is highly recommended. Guests can explore the area around Macher, Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise, visiting unmissable sites along the coast and around the island. For golf enthusiasts, Lanzarote Golf Resort is located nearby. On Sundays, guests can visit Teguise Market or go for a wine tasting at the Bodega Vulcano de Lanzarote. Families will also enjoy spending a day at one of the many water parks located on this part of the island.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
