Located within walking distance to the beautiful Playa Flamingo beach, this 4 bedroom villa is exquisitely decorated with a large terrace with sea views, a heated pool and air-conditioning on the top floor. With two large lounges, a large separate dining room, and bedrooms on both levels, this villa is ideal for larger groups and families. Guests will enjoy the proximity of the villa to the amenities in the resort, such as the seafront promenade with its selection of restaurants, bars and shops.
The villa has two storeys with a ground floor and lower ground floor, both of which lead to outdoor space. Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, guests will find a kitchen, separate dining room, a WC and two double bedrooms each with an en-suite. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning and one bedroom has doors leading to the terrace. The lower ground floor is brightly lit due to the large skylight above the staircase and is flooded with sunlight. On this level, there are two lounges with a pool table, a family bathroom and two further bedrooms. The third bedroom has two single beds, one of which is a pull out bed, and doors to the terrace. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds.
Car hire is recommended. Guests can explore the many attractions near Playa Blanca and further afield on the island. Shoppers will enjoy the Marina Rubicon's street market and nature lovers can trek around Timanfaya National Park. For those interested in exploring other beaches in the area, the incredible rugged coastline of Los Hervideros and the beautiful Papagayo Beaches should not be missed.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
