Located within walking distance of Puerto Calero marina, this 6 bedroom two storey villa is decorated to a high standard and has its own private heated pool, two large terraces, built in BBQ, mini tennis court, children’s outdoor play area and separate annexe. The villa can accommodate up to 10 adults and 6 children as well as 2 extra guests on foldaway beds, making it the ideal choice for larger groups and families. It is located only a short drive to Puerto Calero resort and its amenities, including shops, bars, restaurants and sandy beaches. Guests can also take water taxis to nearby Puerto del Carmen which runs throughout the day.
The villa consists of a separate kitchen and a large open plan lounge/dining area with doors leading to the upper terrace. There are three double bedrooms on this level. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dressing area, doors leading to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom. The other two double bedrooms each have an en-suite shower room and direct access to the upper terrace. There is also a children’s bedroom with 3 bunk beds and a shared cloakroom for guests use. On the lower ground floor, there is an annexe with its own lounge, kitchen, shower room, WC and two double bedrooms each with doors leading to the lower terrace, pool area and tennis court. Outside guests have the option of two seperate terraces, each with amazing sea and mountain views.
Car hire is highly recommended. Guests can explore the many attractions along the coast and further afield on the island, such as visiting Casa Museo del Campesino, walking through beautiful Timanfaya National Park or shopping at Teguise Market. Families can also spend time at the popular Aqua Park water park.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
