This 3 bedroom apartment offers guests both a terrace and sea views. It is located within walking distance of Dubrovnik old town and would suit friends and families looking to be near to the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
The apartment is set over 2 floors and offers a terrace on the first floor. Guests can access the terrace from the split level lounge, kitchen area. There is also a shower room on this floor. On the second floor there are the 3 double bedrooms; one of which is an en-suite with a shower room and the latter 2 share a separate shower room in the hallway.
Car hire is not recommended when staying in the Dubrovnik region. The Dubrovnik city walls and the cable car ride are both worth a visit. Lokrum Island should not be missed. The old town itself offers guests an array of shops, bars and restaurants.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
