Situated within an easy drive of the Costa Smeralda is this elegant 4-bedroom villa located in the Gallura valley and situated within a 10 minute drive of the pretty village of San Pantaleo. The villa would suit a family or group of friends looking to relax in a beautiful setting in a popular area of Sardinia. The villa is set in a 5 acre estate which also contains one more villa.
This two-storey villa offers guests a private garden and pool. Guests enter the villa via a pretty shaded dining area into an open-plan kitchen-dining room with breakfast bar and dining area. The dining area leads to a large living room with beamed ceilings, feature fireplace and patio doors out to a shaded terrace with a further outdoor dining area and lounge furniture. A double bedroom, accessed via the living room, also benefits from direct access to this terrace. From here the lawned gardens lead to a magnificent swimming pool with beach-style entrance. A twin bedroom accessed via the living room has access to a third terrace furnished with sun loungers and benches. These two bedrooms share a bathroom, with bathtub and shower.
Stairs from the living room lead to the lower ground floor, with a large living room with games area including table football. Two twin bedrooms, each with ensuite shower room, are located on this level, along with a utility room. This level can also be accessed from the main entrance via a separate external staircase.
Car hire is recommended while staying at this property. The area is renowned for its’ artistic creativity whilst the nearby town of San Pantaleo offers a relaxed understated vibe with a good selection of cafés, bars and restaurants. Thursday is by far the most colourful day where a market springs up offering, amongst other items, jewellery, stylish clothing and a number of artisan produced oils, breads and other delicatessen edibles to tempt the foodies out there. Further afield the beach at Spiggia di Rena Bianca is a 10 minute drive away whilst the town of Olbia, located 25 minutes away by car is worth a stroll through the various piazzas and the palm lined waterfront.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
