Located in a secluded area in Fanari with breathtaking, panoramic sea views, this 1-bedroom luxury villa is the ideal romantic getaway for couples seeking a truly tranquil holiday destination. With a dramatic, rugged stone exterior, the internal design mixes bold touches with a modern twist creating a very distinctive architectural style. The villa is an independent unit within a 7-villa complex with on-site security and shared access to a gym, tennis courts and a helipad. For large families or groups looking to holiday together this villa can be booked with neighbouring villas (MY003, MY004, MY006, MY007 and MY008), subject to availability.
The property consists of a separate kitchen and spacious open plan lounge and dining area with direct access to the large private terrace and pool area. The seating area in the lounge offers the option of two single beds for guests’ use. There is a master bedroom with a king sized bed, air-conditioning, television and en-suite shower room. There is an additional double bedroom, ideal for butler’s quarters, which has air-conditioning, a television and en-suite bathroom. Outside, guests can enjoy the jacuzzi, indoor/outdoor bar and spend time lounging in the hammock. The large terrace is completely shielded from the famous Mykonos winds allowing for a serene space for guests to relax and soak in the scenery.
Transfers and personal drivers can be organised to/from the airport. Please enquire at time of booking. If interested in hiring a car, it is recommended to organise this at the destination, although there are limited taxis available on the island. Guests can explore the stunning beaches on this part of the island such as Super Paradise Beach and Agia Anna Beach. For those seeking a more cosmopolitan experience, guests can venture into Mykonos Town to experience the town’s world renowned nightlife and superb restaurants first hand. Additional options for guests include yacht charters, helicopter tours, sporting activities and cultural tours.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
