Located in rocky terrain near Fanari on the northern part of the island, this 12-bedroom luxury villa has incredible unobstructed sea views, two private infinity pools and multi-level terraces making it ideal for large groups seeking a secluded holiday destination in close proximity to the beach. There is ample space for hosting all types of events such as wedding receptions or summer parties. With wooden beams, exposed stonework and rustic furnishings, the design of the villa combines modern Greek aesthetic with a bohemian vibe, providing a tranquil space feel for guests. The villa is an independent unit within a luxury 7-villa complex with on-site security and shared access to a gym, tennis courts and a helipad. For large families or groups looking to holiday together this villa can be booked with neighbouring villas (MY002, MY003, MY004, MY006 and MY007), subject to availability.

The property has six levels of living space, both indoor and outdoor. On the first level, there are five bedrooms. The two master bedrooms each have a king sized bed, en-suite shower room, TV and lovely sea views. There is one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed which has its own en-suite shower room, TV and more sea views. The last two bedrooms on this level each have a king sized bed, en-suite shower room and TV. There is also a laundry room on this level. On the second level, there are two double bedrooms with king sized beds, en-suite shower rooms, TV and garden views. On the third level, there is a large lounge, kitchen and dining area as well as a separate WC and the first infinity pool surrounded by a large partially covered terrace, hammocks and outdoor BBQ. On the fourth level, there is a second living space with lounge and kitchen with direct access to a deck with the second infinity pool, outdoor dining area and jacuzzi. There is also a double bedroom on this level with a king sized bed, en-suite shower room and yet more glorious sea views. On the fifth level, there are four bedrooms - three double bedrooms with king sized beds and one single bedroom each with an en-suite shower room and stunning sea views. Outside, guests can enjoy a multitude of outdoor space, including enjoying two private infinity pools, a jacuzzi, BBQ and access to a boat. There are numerous terraces, verandas and sun decks surrounding the villa as well as a lush garden and a heart shaped veranda with dining area located on the sixth level of the villa.

Transfers and personal drivers can be organised to/from the airport. Please enquire at time of booking. If interested in hiring a car, it is recommended to organise this at the destination, although there are limited taxis available on the island. Guests can take advantage of the on-site facilities, such as the shared gym and tennis courts, or utilise the Concierge Services to book restaurant reservations, spa treatments, yacht charters or other sporting facilities. Those keen for shopping can venture to Mykonos Town to experience their selection of designer brands and can stay late into the evening to experience Mykonos’ world renowned nightlife first hand.
