Located within a short distance of Elia Beach, this luxury 4-bedroom villa has exquisite minimalist and contemporary design, outstanding seas views, stunning outdoor space, including a private infinity pool, pool bar, outside dining area and gardens, making it ideal for families or larger groups. The villa is only a short drive away from the stunning sands of Elia Beach and the town of Ano Mera, where guests can find a good selection of shops, markets and cafes.
The villa consists of two levels. On the upper level, there is a spacious, tranquil open plan lounge with a dining area and large kitchen with three sets of patio doors leading to the large partially covered wooden deck, outdoor lounge/dining area and infinity pool overlooking the sea. On the lower level, there are two double bedrooms, each with a king sized bed, en-suite shower room and French doors leading to a private patio. There is a one twin bedroom which also has its own private patio. There is a double bedroom with a king sized bed with an en-suite bathroom and French doors leading to a private patio. Outside, the L-shaped infinity pool is surrounded by a gorgeous wooden deck, two pergola-shaded outdoor lounge areas with built-in seating and a spacious dining area as well as a BBQ and pool bar. The villa's terrace was specifically designed to incorporate a sea view from virtually every angle and is shielded from the wind, creating a truly secluded and tranquil space for rest and relaxation. There is also private parking available for guests’ use.
Transfers and personal drivers can be organised to/from the airport. Please enquire at time of booking. If interested in hiring a car, it is recommended to organise this at the destination, although there are limited taxis available on the island. Guests can explore the stunning beaches on this part of the island such as Super Paradise Beach, Kalafati Beach and Agia Anna Beach. Guests can also experience the huge selection of bars and restaurants on offer in Mykonos Town and can stay late into the evening to experience the town’s world renowned nightlife first hand. Additional options for guests include yacht charters, helicopter tours, sporting activities and cultural tours.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
