The lower ground has two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite with shower, and offering direct access to outdoor terraces with sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. There are also three independent guest rooms on this level, each with an en-suite bathroom, one has a bath and shower, the other two a shower. Two of them have sofa beds (sleeps two children) and they each have a lounge area, offering additional privacy and comfort. They all have access out onto the terrace with sea views. The ground floor also has an additional guest shower room. Moving to the ground floor, you’ll find a comfortable living area, perfect for relaxation, and a large dining area that leads out to the pool terrace with incredible views of the sea, islands and landscape. The top two floors are dedicated to the master bedroom, a spacious retreat with en-suite bathroom, lounge area, and stunning views from three private balconies. The villa has two live-in staff in their own private independent and discrete apartment.
