Located on the hillside above the stunning Lia Beach on the southeastern coast of the island, this 7-bedroom secluded luxury villa has a private heated infinity pool, incredible uninterrupted sea views, several wind-protected terraces, a fully equipped gym/games room and its very own chapel. Ideal for special events, weddings, large groups or families, the villa has something for everyone. With its modern, clean lines and Italian-inspired furnishings, guests will be impressed by the villa’s interiors as well as the abundance of outdoor space.
The villa consists of a main building, two guest houses and chapel. The main building has three storeys. On the ground floor, there is a large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with direct access to the large terrace and pool area. There are three double bedrooms on this level each with an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, TV and access to the terrace. There is also a separate WC on this level for guests’ use. The first floor has two bedrooms - one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Each bedroom has its own en-suite, air-conditioning, TV and access to a roof terrace. On the lower ground floor, there is a separate WC, laundry room and large playroom with gym equipment, table tennis, table football and a dart board. There are also two guest houses each with one double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and separate entrance. The chapel is located adjacent to the main house. Outside there is a large partially-covered terrace next to the pool ideal for lounging, sitting or dining alfresco. There is also a roof terrace/sun deck with outstanding views of the Aegean sea, mountains and Lia Beach.
Transfers and personal drivers can be organised to/from the airport. Please enquire at time of booking. If interested in hiring a car, it is recommended to organise this at the destination, although there are limited taxis available on the island. Located in a stunning, secluded part of the island, guests can visit local beaches, such as Lia Beach and Frangias Beach or they can venture further afield to Super Paradise Beach and stay into the evening to experience Mykonos’ world renowned nightlife first hand. For guests interested in shopping, Mykonos Town is only 12 km away. Guests can also take advantage of the Concierge Services to book childcare, spa treatments, yacht charters or other sporting activities. A wedding planning service is also available.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
