Its location strikes the perfect balance between tranquillity and accessibility, being just a short distance from Parikia, the vibrant main town of Paros and Deflini beach. The villa is a wonderful choice for those seeking to unwind, take in incredible sunsets, and savour the serene environment of the island.

The entrance to the villa from the parking, is on the first floor. You enter into a spacious living area with access to a terrace with sea views. The first floor has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the outdoor area with garden views. There is a kitchen plus a veranda with a pergola shaded dining area for eight guests. Downstairs to the ground floor and there's another spacious living area with an open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen. From the living area there is access onto the terrace and pool with sea views.There are two double bedrooms on this floor (one can be a twin), both with en-suite bathrooms with shower, and access to the terrace and pool with sea view. The ground floor also has a utility room. Also on the ground floor there is an independent guest house with one bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, access to a private terrace with sea view and a kitchenette with dining area. Outside, the grounds feature a beautifully designed pool area with sea views, BBQ, and plenty of space to soak the sun up.

Located near Delfini and Parasporos Beaches, this villa is an ideal choice for water sports enthusiasts, with various activities on offer, including windsurfing and kite surfing. Just 2 km away, the lively town of Parikia provides a wide array of shops, cafes, and restaurants to explore. Car hire is recommended, although there are bus and taxi services available on the island. Guests can spend time exploring Old Town in Naoussa  and its picturesque port. Paros is known for its water sports so guests can travel to several beaches, including Golden Beach, for windsurfing and diving. With a day trip to Parikia guests can enjoy sites such as the Archaeological Museum of Paros or enjoy the Panagia Ekatontapylian, a byzantine church.
