On arrival guests will find plenty of parking and upon entering the property through its secure gates, lots of open space. Inside, the villa is designed with a combination of warm, rustic, earthy colors and natural materials like wood, stone, bamboo, and wicker. The ground floor comprises of two spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite with shower, an open plan living area that opens out onto the terrace with access to the pool. Outside, the expansive grounds feature a large zero entry saltwater pool, offering the sensation of swimming in the open sea, as well as a large al fresco dining area shaded from the sun with a summer kitchen and lounge. Also on the ground floor there are two additional double rooms, both have ensuites with showers and access to the terrace and pool. An independent studio provides further accommodation on the lower ground floor, it has one double bedroom with ensuite as well as a jacuzzi. Also on the lower ground floor is a master bedroom with an ensuite with shower. This floor also has a gym area, games room and utility room. Ascend to the upper terrace for an elevated experience, where a heated jacuzzi and ample space for yoga await as well as views out to sea.
Situated just 2km from the villa is the serene Molos beach, a quiet sandy stretch of coastline with crystal-clear waters. The beach is a hidden gem, mostly frequented by locals, ensuring a peaceful environment away from the crowds. Although there are no facilities on the beach, it remains an excellent spot to enjoy the natural beauty of the island. For those eager to explore beyond the villa there is the nearby island of Antiparos, known for its stunning landscapes and secluded beaches. Additionally, the vibrant town of Naousa offers a range of attractions, from quaint shops and restaurants to lively evening entertainment, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and excitement for all types of visitors. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
