    Nestled on a tranquil hillside, this villa offers an exceptional retreat surrounded by 8 acres of land with sweeping views towards the south-east beaches of Paros. Located in the charming village of Kostos, a hidden gem on the island, this destination offers guests a rare opportunity to experience an authentic, unspoilt corner of the island. The villa enjoys a wind-sheltered spot, and is an ideal space for groups of up to 12, whether friends or family, who wish to unwind while staying active—whether in the refreshing pool or on the private tennis court.

     

    As you arrive at the villa you’ll find ample parking space. The main entrance opens to a spacious living area featuring high ceilings and minimalistic, yet inviting décor. The open plan living room includes large white sofas, ideal for relaxing after a busy day. Adjacent to the lounge is a dining area with space for 12 guests, offering stunning views of the pool and the sea. On this floor, you will also find two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, underfloor cooling, and access to the pool terrace. The kitchen completes this level. Moving upstairs, the upper floor houses one more double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and it boasts a large private balcony with a shaded pergola and sea views. Additionally, there are two twin-bedded rooms, each with access to an en-suite bathroom with shower, also with sea views. All bedrooms on the first floor also have underfloor cooling. The lower level features staff quarters, a twin room with ensuite, and a laundry room. Outside there is a stone built one bedroom guest house with ensuite bathroom with shower. It also has a small kitchenette and views out to the sea. Also outside, there are expansive terraces, perfect for soaking up the sun, while the garden is adorned with olive trees and colourful flowers. The large pool is complemented by sunbeds, daybeds, and hammocks, while a shaded pergola offers the perfect spot for outdoor dining. A private tennis court/football pitch is available for those looking to stay active, along with a range of entertainment options, such as table tennis and yoga equipment.

     

    This villa is ideally positioned to explore the many highlights of Paros. The charming village of Kostos, known for its traditional architecture, is only a ten minute walk away whilst the bustling town of Naoussa just a short drive away, offering vibrant shops, restaurants, and lively bars. The nearest beaches are less than ten minutes drive from the property, allowing easy access to pristine sands and crystal-clear waters. If you enjoy hiking or nature walks, the island's picturesque landscapes provide an excellent backdrop for outdoor adventures.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
