Located at the highest point on the island, on the mountainside near the Monasterio Profeta Elías, this 1-bedroom luxury villa on a private estate has incredible sea views, overlooking Perissa Beach with its black sand. It has a stunning wooden terrace with seating area, outdoor dining and a private infinity pool. The villa is for adults-only, for guests aged of 14 years plus, and is perfectly suited for groups of couples travelling together. For large families or groups looking to holiday together this villa can be booked with neighbouring villas (SA005 and SA007), subject to availability. Internally, the villa has combination of bright white and pale wood accents, conveying contemporary Cycladic design and a tranquil ambiance throughout.
The villa consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen and lounge with direct access to the terrace and pool area via the bifold doors. There is a separate double bedroom and two bathrooms, one with a stand alone bathtub, bidet and dressing room; the other with a shower. Outdoors, guests can enjoy meals al fresco on the terrace, they can sunbathe on one of the many comfortable sunbeds or take a dip in the heated pool.
Car hire is recommended as not everywhere is well serviced by bus, although there are taxis available on the island. Guests can take advantage the Concierge Services to book restaurant reservations, spa treatments, yacht charters or other sporting facilities. Nearby, at the monastery, guests can visit the gardens or purchase local crafts at the gift shop which supports the monks who still reside on-site. For wine enthusiasts, guests can go on a Santorini Wine Adventure Tour or for more active guests, a hike the volcanic crater is a fun activity.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
