Situated on a stunning cliffside location in Megalochori with breathtaking views of the sea and volcano beyond, this 2-bedroom luxury villa has a private fresh water plunge pool, sun terrace and balcony. The villa is ideal for families seeking a tranquil holiday base close to restaurants, bars and the beach. It boasts a modern Greek design aesthetic with Cycladic furnishings which has created a tranquil space for guests. The villa is a part of an exclusive development of 4 luxury villas and larger groups looking to holiday together can book one or more of the neighbouring villas (SA001, SA002 and SA004), subject to availability.
The villa is split level with open plan living and bedrooms on each level. Entering via the terrace, on the ground floor there is an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with doors leading to the terrace and pool area. There is one double bedroom on this level with air-conditioning and an en-suite with Jacuzzi bath. On the top level, there is a double bedroom with air-conditioning, an en-suite shower room and a private balcony overlooking the pool area and the sea. Outside there is an outdoor dining area for al fresco dining situated next to the serene pool and surrounding deck with breathtaking views.
Car hire is recommended, although there are taxis available on the island. Guests can explore the island and visit Caldera Beach, where they can swim inside a volcanic lagoon, or they can spend the afternoon enjoying the striking Red Beach with its iconic landscape. Not far from the villa is Akrotiri which is considered Greece’s Pompei, with incredible ruins and cultural gems.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa
