    Located in the centre of the bustling town of Fira, with its abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants, this luxury 3-bedroom villa has outstanding sea views, two Jacuzzi's and two private terraces. Ideal for families and groups, the villa is fully air-conditioned and also comes with a large collection of DVDs, CDs, books, board games, sound system and exercise equipment.

    The villa consists of a main villa with a mezzanine and an adjoining annexe. In the main villa, on the ground floor, there is an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with access to one of the terraces. On this level there is a master bedroom with a circular bed, en-suite bathroom with an indoor Jacuzzi. On the mezzanine level there is a double bedroom and a variety of gym equipment for guests’ use, such as a treadmill and free weights . The annex, which is accessible via the main villa as well as from the courtyard, has one double bedroom, en-suite shower room, seating area, small kitchenette, fireplace and mini-bar. Outside, there is a second Jacuzzi overlooking the incredible sea views, a separate bathroom with circular bath and overhead shower, two private terraces with loungers and outdoor dining area.

    Car hire is recommended as not everywhere is well serviced by bus, although there are also taxis available on the island. Fira has an abundance of restaurants to enjoy and sites to see, such as the Prehistoric Museum of Thira. Wine lovers will enjoy experiencing a Santorini Wine Adventure Tour and others interested in spending time in the water can also enjoy Santorini Fishing Tours.

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa
