    Located on the stunning cliffside of Megalochori overlooking the sea, this 3-bedroom luxury villa has incredible panoramic caldera views, a private fresh water plunge pool, balcony and large sun terrace. Part of a group of 7 luxury villas, the villa is ideal for groups or families seeking a tranquil holiday base close to restaurants, bars and the beach. The interiors of the villa exude a modern Greek design aesthetic with curved arches, white walls and distinctive Cycladic furnishings, making guests feel truly relaxed during their stay. For large families or groups looking to holiday together this villa can be booked with one or more of the neighbouring villas (SA002, SA003 and SA004) subject to availability.

    The villa is split level. Entering via the terrace, on the ground floor, there is a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with doors leading to the terrace. There are two double bedrooms on this level each with air-conditioning, a TV and shared access to a separate bathroom. On the top level, there is a twin bedroom with air-conditioning, an en-suite with jacuzzi bath and a private balcony overlooking the pool area. Outside there is an outdoor dining area situated next to the serene pool and surrounding deck.

    Car hire is recommended as not everywhere is well serviced by bus, although there are taxis available on the island. Guests can take advantage of the Concierge Services to book restaurant reservations, spa treatments, yacht charters or other sporting facilities. Volcanic hot springs are located nearby or guests can travel to Caldera Beach where they can swim inside a volcanic lagoon. Other unmissable sites on the island include a trip to striking Red Beach or a visit to what is considered Greece’s Pompei, Akrotiri.

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa
