Located within the grounds of a luxury resort right on the Santorini caldera, this 6-bedroom villa is the ideal escape for a large groups looking for privacy and seclusion with the convenience of 24-hour room service, private pool, private sun terrace and an on-site restaurant. With its warm interiors and expansive outdoor space with several balconies, terraces and gardens, the villa is situated within the natural beauty of the Akrotiri area, with incredible sea views and is only a short drive away from popular Red Beach.
The villa consists of three levels. On the pool level, there are three double bedrooms, each with air-conditioning, and one with an en-suite. There are also two separate bathrooms on this level for guests to share. On the lower ground floor, there are three double bedrooms, all of which have air-conditioning and one also has an en-suite. On the top level, there is a large open-plan lounge and dining area with adjacent kitchen with access to a balcony and a separate WC. There is also a separate guest house on this level for additional guests, a nanny or security staff. All bedrooms have direct access to an outdoor space, either a private balcony or access to the terrace and pool area. Outside guests can take a dip in the swimming pool or relax on the partially covered terrace on one of the several four poster day beds, a comfortable couch or sun lounger as well as enjoy al fresco dining at the outdoor dining area.
Car hire is recommended as not everywhere is well serviced by bus, although there are taxis available on the island. The Prehistoric town of Akrotiri with its Minoan Bronze Age ruins, is only a short drive away and well worth a visit. For guests seeking more sporty adventures, the Santorini Diving Centre is close. Guests can also take advantage the Concierge Services to book restaurant reservations, spa treatments, yacht charters or other sporting facilities.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
