This 3 bedroom villa is located in a beautiful area in Tuscany and would suit friends and families looking to explore the towns and villages of the Chianti region.
The property consists of a garden with a barbeque area and a pool. Guests can access the villa via some exterior steps that lead into the lounge/dining area. On the same level there is a double bedroom and a bathroom. 3 steps down from the lounge is a separate kitchen and 1 step down is a double en-suite bedroom with shower room. A further 10 steps up from the lounge area via a wooden staircase is a twin bedroom. However if guests prefer instead of the twin bedroom they can use the additional double en-suite bedroom with bathroom that can be accessed via some steps leading from the main entrance.
Car hire is recommended when staying the Chianti region. Creve in Chianti is a 6-minute drive from the villa and offers an array of shops. The medieval town of Florence is under an hour's drive away and is the perfect day out for guests looking for culture, shops and a wide choice of restaurants offering the Italian cuisine.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
