This countryside villa is surrounded by a beautiful green landscape and is located within a short drive of shops and restaurants. It would suit friends and families looking for a relaxing villa holiday immersed in the Tuscan countryside.
The property is spread out over two floors and offers guests a large garden and a pool. The villa can be accessed via an unpaved road and guests can find the main entrance at the front of the property, with private parking. On the first floor there is a kitchen and a living room with a double sofa bed and a dining area and a shower room. From the lounge area guests can access a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool area and with countryside views. The kitchen leads out to the terrace via some steps and from the terrace the guests can access the pool area via more steps. Two steps down from the kitchen/lounge/dining area lead to a twin bedroom with a separate shower room. A further three steps down lead to a double bedroom. On the ground floor there is another double bedroom with a separate shower room.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this countryside villa. Castiglion Fiorentino, an ancient walled town in Eastern Tuscany is located 7.5km way from the villa and offers guests an array of shops and restaurants with the local Italian cuisine. Located equidistance between Arezzo and Cortona, both these towns are worth a day’s trip.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
