The villa offers guests a pool area which is fenced off and which guests can access via a low gate. Directly behind the pool area is the villa where there is an outdoor covered terrace and a barbeque area. The property is made up of 2 floors; on the ground floor there is a living room and dining area, where a double sofa bed can be made up. The are 3 steps that lead down an additional living room, a shower room, a kitchen and dining table. Guests can access the outdoor dining area from the living room. There are 2 double bedrooms, a separate shower room and an additional double en-suite bedroom with shower room.
Car hire is recommended when staying in this area of Tuscany; giving guests the flexibility of exploring the cities that are all within a 1 hours’ drive; Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Perugia and Siena. The beautiful Lake Trasimeno is a 20-minute drive from the villa and offers 9 different beaches and a variety of activities. The small town of Camucia offers local shops and is located a 10-minute drive away.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
