This 4 bedroom villa is located under half an hour’s drive from San Gimignano and is divided into 3 separate apartments; 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. It would suit friends and families looking for a villa holiday with an element of privacy.
The villa offers guests a generously sized pool and outdoor seating area by the villa. The first apartment is located on the ground floor and the entrance leads into the living room and a kitchenette. There is also a double bedroom and a separate shower room on this floor. The second apartment is on the first floor and guests can enter via the living room, where there is a kitchenette and a balcony. There is also a separate shower room, a double bedroom and a balcony offering countryside views. The final apartment also located on the first floor, consists of a kitchenette and a living room, where guests access the apartment. The living area is large enough to accommodate all guests to dine in. There is also a balcony, a separate shower room, 2 double bedrooms; one of which can be made into twin beds. The owners of the property live a few metres away from the property which is separated by a border of flowers and thus giving guests the upmost privacy. Guests have exclusive use of the outdoor areas (including the pool area). They do reserve the right to access a passage which runs below the largest apartment; however they will only use it if deemed truly necessary. They are also willing to assist if guests need advice on where to visit in Italy.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. A small Italian hilltop town called Certaldo is a 10-minute drive away from the villa and offers shops, bars, restaurants and a train station. The location of the property is a perfect base for guests who would like to explore Italy’s well-known cities; San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Florence and Pisa.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
