Situated in the centre of the historic hilltop town of Cortona in Tuscany, this bright, modern apartment is set over the top two floors of a building overlooking the Duomo and offering views of the surrounding countryside. The shops and excellent restaurants of Cortona are a short walk away and the apartment also makes a perfect base from which to explore the sights of Tuscany and nearby Umbria.
The apartment is set over the top two floors of an old four storey building in front of the Duomo. The entrance is up 60 stairs to the second floor and opens into a sitting room. The second floor also features a dining room, a breakfast room, a kitchen and a separate shower room. Up on the third floor is a second sitting room with table football, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two further double bedrooms and a separate shower room.
Car hire is optional for this centrally located apartment. There is plenty to see in Cortona itself including the Etruscan Academy Museum, the Basilica di Santa Margherita, and the Girifalco Fortress which offers stunning views of the town and the surrounding countryside. The beaches of Lake Trasimeno are a short drive away and the cities of Arezzo, Siena and Florence are easily accessible by car.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
