    This Tuscan farmhouse is located in the most characteristic part of the Val d’Orcia, famous for its castled medieval hamlets and rolling green hillsides. It offers 360° views of the picturesque valley and extensive countryside. The villa is made up of two apartments which are booked together and would be ideal for families or groups of friends looking to relax in the peaceful Tuscan countryside.

    This property is made up of 2 apartments which are booked together. The entrance of the first leads into an open plan lounge/dining area, which has a French door that allows access to the garden, as well showcasing the magnificent view of the valley. From the kitchen there is access to the patio which is furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for alfresco meals. There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. On the first floor there is 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and 1 double bedroom which has use of a separate bathroom. There is also access to a covered balcony. The entrance to the second apartment also opens into an open plan lounge/dining area which has a French door to access a furnished patio. Completing this floor is a guest cloak room. On the first floor there is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom which share 2 separate bathrooms.The villa is surrounded by a huge 10,000m garden with beautiful Mediterranean vegetation including rosemary and broom bushes typical of the area, giving off a beautiful aroma. The very large pool is accessed down 18 steps from the apartments and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy this splendid setting on one of the sun loungers.  

    Car hire is recommended. The Villa is situated in the centre of the Val d’Orcia, within easy reach of small hamlets and major cities. The beautiful medieval Tuscan village of Monticchiello is just 5km away offering traditional Italian restaurants, small food shops, a bar and bakery. The town of Pienza, which is framed by 15th-century buildings like the Pienza Cathedral and Piccolomini Palace, is a 15 minute drive away. A visit to the beautiful medieval town of Montepulciano is also recommended for a day trip.

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
