This six bedroom villa with a private pool is a perfect option for families and groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday in the Tuscan countryside; offering panoramic views of the Tuscany countryside.
This villa is a former manor house and is made up of two floors. On the ground floor are two lounges separated by an open archway; with several sofa units and an open fireplace. There is a small dining area which leads onto the kitchen through an archway, where a small breakfast counter can be found. Bedrooms one and two are also on the ground floor; both of which are double en-suite rooms with bathtubs. The garden can be accessed from the two bedrooms and the lounge area. The exterior terrace consists of an outdoor dining table with chairs situated underneath a stone built pergola. Perfect for those summer days and evenings. A narrow pathway leads from the front of the house to the generously sized pool and pool house (with the outdoor shower). On the first floor there are bedrooms three, four, five and six; all are double en-suite rooms with showers. Bedroom three can also accommodate another two children on a sofa bed.
Car hire is recommended to explore all that Tuscany has to offer. Situated within a five minute drive is the small village of Pozzo della Chiana, where there are two supermarkets, a pizzeria, a cashpoint and a pharmacy. A ten minute drive away is the popular town of Foiano della Chiana, where further shops and restaurants can be found. Lake Trasimeno is located in the heart of Umbria and is Italy’s fourth largest lake. This would make for a perfect day out, as it has nine beaches and is just a thirty minute drive from the villa. Viareggio a popular seaside resort can be reached within a two hour drive. Siena, Florence and Pisa are nearby, ranging from an hour to two hours’ drive away.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
