    A lovely spacious property set in extensive grounds dotted with cypress trees, and its own vineyard. There are stunning views of the rolling green Tuscan hillsides best enjoyed from the large private pool. The ideal holiday home for families or groups of friends, it’s just 8km away from the beautiful hilltop town of Cortona.

    The villa consists of consists of the main house with 5 bedrooms, and an annex about 10 metres away with a further bedroom. There is a large, saltwater pool overlooking the picturesque countryside which is surrounded by lawn and dotted with sun loungers for relaxing. Adjacent is a pergola with seating for relaxing in the comfort of the shade, and there’s also a BBQ house for alfresco meals. Entrance to the main house is into an open plan lounge/dining area, with the kitchen adjacent. On the lower level there is a double bedroom with an open en-suite shower room, plus a spa room with jacuzzi, sunken bath, steam room and hydromassage shower. From this bedroom there is access to the garden via an external staircase. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. On the second floor there are 2 doubles bedrooms, which have a separate shower room in between. The separate annex has a living room with fireplace on the ground floor, a kitchenette which is down 3 steps and a separate shower room which is accessed up a few steps. There is a double bedroom on the first floor.

    Car hire is recommended at this villa. The town of Camucia is 7km away, offering supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pizzerias, a train station, and cafes. Or, slightly further is the picturesque town of Cortona, made famous by the movie ‘Under the Tuscan Sun’. It’s perched on a hill overlooking the Valdichiana valley, and this beautiful medieval town is rich in history and art. It also has excellent restaurants, cafes and ice-cream parlors to sample.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
