Situated in the heart of the beautiful Orcia Valley this charming villa consists of two houses and a converted outbuilding set in the middle of a farm that produces its own olive oil and wheat. With stunning views across the valley all the way to Mount Amiata this villa is the perfect place to relax and unwind and makes a great base for exploring the vineyards and hillside towns of Tuscany and nearby Umbria.
The property consists of two houses and an outbuilding.
The first house is set over two floors. The ground floor has a living room with access to the grounds, a kitchen and a dining room with access to the courtyard. The first floor can be accessed through an internal staircase or from outside and has a double bedroom, a twin room and a separate shower room. The outbuilding is accessed through the courtyard and has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
The second house is a single storey building and has a dining room with a kitchenette, two double bedrooms, a twin room and a separate shower room. The pool is set in the large garden with spectacular views of the Orcia Valley and Mount Amiata.
Car hire is recommended for this part of Tuscany. The thermal baths of San Casciano dei Bagni are a short drive away and Lake Trasimeno is less than an hour away and offers nine different beaches and a variety of activities. For wine lovers, the famous vineyards of Montalcino and Montepulciano are also easily accessible by car.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
