This rustic-styled 8 bedroom villa offers panoramic views of the Chianti rolling hills and the historic village of Bucine; located within walking distance. It consists of 10,000m2 of gardens, a pool, an ancient villa and two towers dating back to the 18th Century and would suit large groups and families looking for an authentic villa holiday.
The villa is made up of three floors and a generously sized pool. The entrance to this property can be found at the front on the ground floor where there is a loggia with a seating area. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a dining area, a toilet and a kitchen, which has access to the garden. There are two double en-suite bedrooms with shower rooms, both of which can only be accessed from the outside and one of which has a shower room suitable for wheelchair users. Guests can access the first floor via an additional loggia, offering panoramic countryside views. On this floor there is a living room, 3 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms; one of which has a dressing room and access to an open gallery. There are also 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, which both have access to an open gallery with a single bed in each one. The second floor which is housed in the tower and is accessible via a spiral staircase leading from the loggia on the first floor offers a further open double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
Car hire is recommended when staying in the Chianti region. Bucine which is within walking distance offers shops and restaurants and Montevarchi located 10km away is known as one of the largest commercial centres of the Valdarno valley. The popular town of Arezzo is just over a 30-minute drive away. Lake Trasimeno is just 80km away and offers 9 beaches; perfect for a day out.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
