A renovated farmhouse and its two outbuildings, the villa is set in a 400 hectare farm that makes Vernaccia wine and produces its own olive oil and offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Guests are invited to weekly wine tastings of Vernaccia, Chianti and Brunello at the owner’s family farm. Perfect for a large family or a group of friends who want to unwind in the Tuscan countryside, this villa also makes a great base for visiting the stunning hillside town of San Gimignano or exploring the wider area of Tuscany.
Entrance to the main house is on the ground floor and leads into a large living and dining area. Also on this floor is a kitchen, a second dining room, a lounge, a twin room and a separate shower room. The first floor has three double bedrooms and two twin rooms, all with en-suite shower rooms. Outside in the large garden, there is sunbathing by the pool and a pergola provides a covered outdoor dining area with a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.
The first outbuilding has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area and a WC on the ground floor and a double bedroom and a separate shower room on the first floor.
The second outbuilding has a small living area with a kitchenette and a bedroom with a small double bed with an en-suite shower room.
Car hire is recommended in this part of Tuscany. The beautiful hillside town of San Gimignano is a short drive away and Siena and Volterra are also easily accessible by car. Golf lovers can enjoy the renowned Castelfalfi golf course and there is horse riding available locally. Florence, with its stunning architecture and famous cultural attractions is just over an hour away and is the perfect destination for a day trip.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
