This 7 bedroom villa is located within walking distance of a supermarket, bar and restaurant and offers guests a stone-built barbeque and large gardens. It would therefore suit groups of families and friends looking to enjoy the outdoors.
The villa comprises of 2 floors, a generously-sized pool and a covered terrace in front of the villa; from which the guests can access the villa. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, a lounge/dining area, a living room with a single sofa bed and kitchenette unit, a toilet and a shower room. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor; both of which have access to the exterior, one has a queen size bed and the other has a double bed with its own en-suite shower room. On the first floor there is a double room and a twin room; the twin room can only be accessed via the double bedroom and the double is en-suite with a shower/bathroom. There are two additional double bedrooms; one of which is en-suite shower room. There is also an annexe building beside the villa where there is another double bedroom with a shower room; offering guests more privacy.
Car hire is recommended when staying in the Umbria region. Santa Maria Degli Angeli can be reached within a 5-minute drive and offers guests shops and restaurants. Assisi a hill top town is located just above and is just under a 20-minute drive away and would suit guests looking for a bit of history and culture and a larger array of bars, restaurants and shops. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
