This countryside property offers guests privacy and seclusion and beautiful countryside views. The villa would suit friends and a small family looking to be in a peaceful location, but at the same time within a short drive of Mallorca’s numerous beaches.
This stylish villa is made up of one floor and a spacious garden and pool area. There is a dining terrace overlooking the garden/pool area and a further breakfast terrace at the front of the property, which guests can access from the kitchen/lounge area. The kitchen/lounge area offers guests a comfortable seating area and a breakfast bar. There is a double en-suite bedroom with both a bath and a shower. There is also a twin room and a separate shower room; with access to the garden terrace.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. Port D’Alcudia is located just a 5-minute drive away and offers an array of bars, shops and restaurants. Its popular sandy beach, Platja d'Alcúdia, is but a 10-minute drive away. Guests can find further amenities and beaches at the popular Port de Pollença, located a 15-minute drive away.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
