3 Bedroom Villa with Pool near Muro, Sleeps 6
Located under a 5-minute drive from the rural town of Muro and offering guests a generously sized pool, this villa would be a perfect option for family and friends.
The villa consists of one floor. There is an open plan lounge/kitchen area, including a kitchen table and American breakfast bar, which lead out to the covered terrace. From the terrace guests can access the split-level pool and Jacuzzi area via several exterior steps. There are 3 bedrooms; 1 double en-suite shower room and 1 double and twin bedroom which share a shower room. There is also a separate sauna room with a shower, sink and toilet.
Car hire is recommended when staying in Mallorca so that guests can explore all the island has to offer. The close by town of Muro offers shops, restaurants and bars. Do not miss the Sunday market in Muro. The beach Can Picafort can be reached within a 10-minute drive. The popular family resort Port d’Alcudia is just a 20-minute drive away and has one of Mallorca’s longest beaches.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
