4 Bedroom Sea Side Villa in Kotor Bay, Sleeps 8-10
This pretty 4 bedroom villa is located in the seaside town of Orahovac which lies along Montenegro’s spectacular UNESCO protected Kotor Bay. Positioned just a few steps away from the sea shore and offering a beautiful upper floor balcony where guests can enjoy magnificent views, the villa offers an ideal base from which to explore the wider region.
The villa is approached along a village road where guests can park in front of the villa. On this ground floor level there is a double bedroom with additional sofa bed and a separate bathroom. The first floor features a spacious semi open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and 2 sets of French doors opening out onto a sea facing balcony equipped with outdoor dining facilities. A 3rd set of French doors opens onto the side terrace. There is also a guest cloakroom with WC on this level. The 2nd floor features 2 x double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms and sea facing balconies. There is also a twin bedroom with a balcony offering side sea and mountain views along with a separate shower room.
Car hire is recommended when staying at the villa and is useful for exploring the wider area. The nearby city of Kotor is well worth exploring with its’ ancient streets along with a wide variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and nightlife. Popular guests activities which can be arranged locally include boat trips, walking tours, visit to Skadar Lake to see one of the largest bird reserves in Europe as well as a day trip to another UNESCO protected site, the Durmitor National Park to visit the Tara River and canyon, one of the deepest canyons in the world. A day trip to the Croatian City of Dubrovnik is also a possibility.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
