2-Bedroom Townhouse with Pools & Spa Access near the Beach in Salgados, Algarve
Set next to an expansive 18 hole golf course, within easy walking distance of Salgados beach, this collection of contemporary townhouses is part of a beautiful resort, offering guests the benefits of villa and hotel holidays combined. In addition to the private pool at the townhouse itself, guests also have access to the resort's three outdoor pools - its own lagoon pool, a children's pool and a heated outdoor bathing pool. In addition, there is also a gym, spa area with heated indoor pool, and sauna for guest use, and a beautiful boardwalk leading to Salgados sandy beach, perfect for a romantic evening stroll.
The Townhouse
This two bedroom townhouse is located close to the golf course. Guests enter the villa to a hallway with kitchen and separate WC. Further ahead is the open-plan living-dining room. Patio doors from here lead to a terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs, and on to the pool area with sunloungers. The first floor comprises one twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony overlooking the terrace and pool area. For those who choose to hire a car or to arrive by car, there is an underground parking lot available for guest use.
A 3-bedroom townhouse can be booked under code AF013. A 4-bedroom townhouse can be booked under code AF014.
About the Resort
Guests staying at this fabulous resort have a range of leisure facilities available to them. The stunning lagoon pool is refreshing on a hot summer's day, whilst a shallow heated bathing pool is a dream in winter. The resort is great for families as well, with a children's shallow pool and a kids club available on site. A beautiful 200m boardwalk leads you through well-maintained gardens to the sandy Salgados beach. Guests also have a choice of four restaurants and 5 bars on site, including a specialist Gin Bar, Tiki Bar and Sunset Snack Bar by the pool.
Winter Holidays
The resort is a wonderful choice for winter breaks, with heated indoor pool and heated outdoor bathing pool available all year round. As well as themed bars, two restaurants are available on site, giving guests a choice of eateries within the resort.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
