4 Bedroom Townhouse with Pools & Spa Access near the Beach in Salgados, Algarve, sleeps 8-9
Located on the seafront of Salgados beach, with easy access to the 18 hole golf course nearby, are these four-bedroom townhouses,each with private pools. The townhouses are set on a well-maintained resort offering guests the opportunity to experience a combination of villa and hotel holidays, with access to on-site restaurants and leisure facilities. Take a romantic evening stroll along the picturesque boardwalk from the resort to the beach, and relax by one of the three outdoor pools available for guest use.
The Townhouse
This four-bedroom townhouse is set next to the golf course. Guests enter the villa to a hallway leading to a kitchen and separate WC. Further ahead is the open-plan living-dining room. Patio doors from here lead to a terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs, and on to the pool area with sunloungers. Ascending to the first floor, guests find one twin bedroom and one double bedroom sharing a separate bathroom to the golf-view side of the villa. To the terrace-view side of the villa, guests find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a second twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The second twin bedroom and the master bedroom share a balcony overlooking the terrace and pool area. For those who choose to hire a car or to arrive by car, there is an underground parking lot available for guest use.
A 2-bedroom townhouse can be booked under code AF012. A 3-bedroom townhouse can be booked under code AF013.
About the Resort
With three outdoor pools, five themed bars and four restaurants on site, guests have everything they need for a relaxing enjoyable holiday at their fingertips on this resort. The three shared outdoor pools are fantastic for a relaxing afternoon, - enjoy a dip in the expansive lagoon pool, or relax in the heated bathing pool with pool bar next door while the children swim in their own pool nearby. For families looking for activities for the children, a kids club is available on site. Salgagos Beach is just a short stroll away along the boardwalk, which winds through the well-maintained gardens and brush to the beach, and a choice of four restaurants for dinner rounds off each day perfectly.
Winter Holidays
The resort is a wonderful choice for winter breaks, with heated indoor pool and heated outdoor bathing pool available all year round. As well as themed bars, two restaurants are available on site, giving guests a choice of eateries within the resort.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
