    Located on a hilltop close to Ferragudo Village, this modern 4-bedroom villa has stunning bright interiors, a private saltwater pool, large terrace, garden overlooking the Arade river and a games room. Within easy reach of the restaurants and shops in Portimão and several beaches, this villa is ideal for groups and families seeking a tranquil holiday home close to all amenities. 

    The villa consists of three storeys. On the ground floor, there is an open plan dining room and lounge area with a separate kitchen. Both the kitchen and lounge open up to the terrace, pool and south facing garden. There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a TV and air-conditioning. Both bedrooms share a large family shower room. On the first floor, there are two further bedrooms - one double and one twin - each with a large balcony, TV, air-conditioning and en-suite shower room. On the lower ground floor there is also a game room with a pool table, lounge area and PlayStation. There is also a separate WC on this level.
    Outside, guests can enjoy the built-in BBQ, outdoor dining area and wooden sun loungers. 

    Car hire is not necessary as the villa is centrally located, however if guests wish to explore the region further afield, car hire can be arranged easily. This is a beautiful area of the Algarve ready to be explored – whether hiking, relaxing on the beach or visiting historic seaside towns. For families, the water park Slide & Splash is only a short drive away. For golf enthusiasts, the Pestana Golf Course is also nearby.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.

      Payment by bank transfer (In sterling or Euros), UK online banking or cheque in Euros or sterling can be accepted. Please Contact Us if you wish to make a payment in this way.
