Located in the heart of a beautifully maintained village and set up on the hill above Porto Cervo Marina, this 3 bedroom ‘beach style’ bungalow villa offering sea views from the fully fenced garden is situated within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants of vibrant Porto Cervo. The villa offers a relaxing holiday setting for family or friends.
The villa is approached via a quiet road into a secure gated parking area where guest follow a shaded path to the main door. Entry is directly into an open-plan living/dining room featuring low beamed ceilings and picture windows offering stunning views over the lawned garden and pool area set against a backdrop of rolling hill landscapes typical of Northern Sardinia. A galley kitchen is located next to the living / dining room and leads out onto a shaded outdoor dining terrace with BBQ/summer kitchen facilities. To the rear of the villa are three bedrooms - one double room, one twin room and one single room with optional additional single bed. All the bedroom offer ensuite shower room.
The garden and pool are accessed from the living room and kitchen. The garden also features a raised sun deck with sun loungers and parasols where guests can enjoy the distant mountain and sea views. The kidney shaped pool at the bottom of the garden is ideal for a refreshing dip in the warm summer afternoons.
With some of the best beaches and restaurants in Porto Cervo within easy walking distance of the villa, car hire is recommended for exploring the wider Costa Smeralda area. The elegant Porto Cervo Marina is within walking distance of this villa, with its restaurants and caffé-bars the perfect place to relax and watch the yachts in the marina. Further inland, the hilltop towns are well worth exploring for their local markets such as the Thursday market that can be enjoyed at San Pantaleo. La Maddalena archipelago with its secret island bays is also well worth a day trip.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
