4 Bedroom Villa with Pool and Sea Views in seaside Capriccioli, Costa Smeralda, sleeps 8
A spacious villa for 8 persons set up on the hillside in seaside Capriccioli, with spectacular views from the pool and gardens over the Capriccioli bay below. This pretty villa, designed with a blend of contemporary and traditional style, is a wonderful choice for a family or small group of friends to experience the beauty of the Costa Smeralda, within easy reach of sandy beaches and trattorias serving classic Italian cuisine.
The villa is approached from the driveway with parking for 2 cars at the rear of the property, and is set out over two main floors with some bedrooms on half levels. Guests enter to a hallway leading up to the first floor with one double and one twin bedroom (eaves), each with ensuite bathroom. The hallway leads down to the ground floor, opening up to form a large, very airy living area with vaulted ceilings. A functional kitchen is accessed from the living area to the side, leading out to the garden. The floor-to-ceiling patio doors open fully onto a shaded terrace with sun loungers, and a built in bench seating area with table and chairs. Two further double bedrooms, each with their own shower room, are located on this level. Classic Sardinian architectural features in the villa include the thick stone walls, built to keep the villa cool and airy in warm summer months.
The star attraction of this villa is the lawned garden, with stunning panoramas over the sea and Sardinian landscapes from the garden and the pool area. Guests can enjoy a BBQ dinner as the sun sets over the bay, or take a dip in the pool with sea and bay views. Some stairs are unguarded; care with small children.
Car hire is recommended for exploring the wider area. Guests can walk to beautiful sandy beaches, the nearest being Spiaggia La Celvia, and the nearest restaurants are 15 minutes away on foot. Shallow waters and gentle tides make the beaches in Capriccioli ideal for families with young children. Guests can try snorkelling around Capriccioli bay, or exploring further afield - the enchanting hilltop town San Pantaleo, less than 1h away, is well worth a visit on Thursdays for their traditional market day.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
