This villa is located on the Italian island of Sardinia near Cagliari. It features a large terrace with a pool and Jacuzzi that guests can use anytime of the day and from which can enjoy the beautiful sea views. It Is also only a few footsteps to the beachfront making it ideal for sea lovers. This villa will be suitable for groups of friends and families.
Guests enter the villa on the ground floor through sliding glass doors from the terrace area which lead into the dining room. There is also a kitchen, WC and lounge on this floor. The lower ground floor consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom and a separate shower room. The 1st floor consists of 2 double bedrooms, one of which has and en-suite bathroom and there is also a separate shower room and a study room. The study room can accommodate 2 additionals adults. The exterior of the property consists of a terrace, pool and Jacuzzi area and there are steps that lead down to the sea.
Car hire is recommended for staying at the villa. Guests can explore the nearby town of Capitana which can reached by car within a 10-minute drive; things on offer to see for guests include museums and national parks such as the Janas of Barbagia famous for its prehistoric ruins. The town of Quartu Sant’Elena which is a 17-minute drive from the villa can also be visited for its wine growing production.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
