Located on the northwestern coast of Sardinia, surrounded by rocky terrain, wild vegetation and sandy beaches, this 2-bedroom villa has spectacular sea views and is within walking distance of the gorgeous village of Costa Paradiso. The village has a good selection of amenities, such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, disco and cafe. Guests also have the option of a large selection of activities available, such as diving, boating, snorkelling, cycling and other sporting activities. There are natural pools and the Spaggia di Li Cossi beach both of which can be reached by a nearby footpath. The footpath also provides access to various bays along the cliffs. It is the ideal choice for a small family or small group of friends interested in exploring the local area, enjoying water sports at the beach or having quiet relaxation time at the villa.
The villa is located within a large complex of 32 villas with a shared swimming pool, private outdoor space and garden with BBQ area. The villa has its own private entrance, spacious lounge with an open plan kitchen, dining area and access to a private balcony with spectacular panoramic views. There are two bedrooms - one double bedroom and one twin bedroom - with a double sofa bed in the lounge for two additional guests. There are also two shower rooms for guests’ use.
Car hire is recommended. Guests can explore the area around Costa Paradiso, or further afield on the island. Unmissable sites include Castelsardo, a lively coastal town centred around the Doria Castle with cobblestoned streets, authentic restaurants and festivals in the summer months. Guests can also take a drive up the coast to the beautiful sandy beaches of Spiagga Longa and Marinedda in Isola Rossa, both of which are surrounded by shops, restaurants and galleries.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
