A charming stone holiday home with salt water pool and sea views in the holiday village of Costa Paradiso, north coast of Sardinia. With all amenities within walking distance during summer months, this is a fantastic villa for a large family or group of friends.
This villa is set all on one level, bungalow style, with some steps between the pool terrace and parking areas to the villa. The property is decorated in traditional style with thick white stone walls keeping the rooms cool even during the hot summer months. The villa consists of an open-plan living-dining room leading to the terrace, with separate kitchen. There are 6 double bedrooms sharing 5 shower rooms, and a single bedroom (folding bed) with a shower room. Spacious gardens lead to a pool terrace with sea views from the pool area. A covered outdoor dining terrace is set by the pool, ideal for a relaxing afternoon.
Car hire is recommended for exploring the surrounding areas. The nearest pebble beach is just 200m from the villa, while sandy beaches are located only 1km away. Exploring outside of Costa Paradiso, there is a range of activities and excursions available - visit the La Maddalena archipelago or glitzy Porto Cervo, within driving distance, or take a trip to Sassari with its hilltop castle, just an hour away from Costa Paradiso.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
