This two bedroom villa is located in the village Islamlar, a ten minute drive from Kalkan old town. This property would suit couples and especially families, as there is a children’s pool.
The exterior of this property consists of a decent sized infinity pool and children’s pool, surrounded by four sun loungers. There is also an additional swinging chair, a BBQ, an outdoor shower and an outdoor dining table with chairs that will seat up to six people. The open plan kitchen and lounge can be found through patio doors; where there are two comfortable sofas centred around a television and a kitchen table, which again can seat up to six people. On the first floor are the double and twin bedrooms, both of which have access to a private balcony and are en-suite. The double room also has a Jacuzzi bathtub in the bedroom itself.
Islamlar is a village in Kalkan and it is recommended to have car hire. There are many Lycian historical sites in the Antalya region which are worth a visit. They can be reached between a twenty minute and a two hour drive. Islamlar is famous for its trout farm restaurants.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
