This luxury four bedroom villa is located in a fantastic location in Kalamar Bay and offers panoramic views overlooking Kalkan Bay. It would suit families or a small group of friends looking to be within close proximity of the sea and the old town.
The true highlight of this property is not just the size of the outdoor terrace but more importantly the size of the infinity pool. The pool consists of a Jacuzzi, a small children’s pool, an area for several sun loungers and also an area to swim. The panoramic views of Kalkan Bay are really an added bonus. There are also table and chairs to the side of the villa and an outdoor dining area in front of the patio doors that lead into the lounge area. The kitchen and lounge area are open plan and consist of; two sofas and an armchair that are centred around a television in the lounge area and a kitchen table adjacent to the breakfast counter in the kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with access to the outdoor terrace and pool. On the first floor are the three remaining bedrooms; two double rooms and one twin room, all of which have access to a balcony with table and chairs. All bedrooms are en-suite and all offer sea views.
Car hire is recommended to explore the surrounding area. Kalkan old town and Kalkan Public Beach are just over a five minute drive away and Kalamar Beach Club is a twenty minute walk away. The villa is located under a thirty-five minute drive away from the seaside town of Kas and under an hour and a half drive from the beautiful Blue Lagoon at Oludeniz. The Lycian historical sites are a must.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
