This four bedroom villa is a perfect option for families, small groups or couples looking to holiday together. The location is excellent and offers the best of both worlds; situated within walking distance of the sea and also Kalkan town.
The exterior of the property offers an infinity pool and Jacuzzi and ample seating areas; including a table that seats eight, chairs and sun loungers with parasols. Through the patio doors is the open plan kitchen and lounge, where additional seating can be found; both a sofa unit, a dining table and a breakfast bar. An added bonus is the small Hammam and sauna area found on the ground floor. On the first floor are the first and second bedrooms; the former is the master double bedroom with a Jacuzzi within the bedroom and the latter is a twin room. On the second floor are bedrooms three and four; the former a double room with a Jacuzzi within the bedroom and the latter a twin room. All bedrooms are en-suite and have balconies offering views of Kalamar Bay.
Car hire is recommended. Kalamar Bay is a perfect base to explore lively Kalkan town and also the historical sites of the Antalya region. There are beach clubs and beaches within driving distance. Kas is a mere 30-minute drive away.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
