This four-storey villa comes with 5 bedrooms and is situated just a 5 minute drive away from Kalkan town. It is a perfect choice for large families or large groups, who are looking to have easy access to shops, bars and restaurants but also looking for privacy. Its elevated position above Kalkan means that the villa offers panoramic views over Kalkan Bay.
The ground floor consists of two en-suite twin bedrooms, both of which open up onto the exterior terrace, where the private infinity pool can be found. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers and parasols and there are external stairs, which lead up to the first floor with a further terrace with an outdoor dining area that seats six people. Perfect for those warm, summer evenings. Through the patio doors on the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen table that seats six and a lounge with two sofas and a TV. This floor can also be reached from the interior stairs. The second floor is where the third and fourth double bedrooms can be found. Both of which are en-suite, feature balconies and one room has its very own Jacuzzi in the bathroom in addition to a shower. The top floor is where the en-suite master bedroom can be found, with a Jacuzzi in the bathroom and an outdoor terrace.
Car hire is recommended and the villa is a great base to explore all that the Kalkan region has to offer. Many restaurants and bars can be found in Kalkan town and the beaches are but several minutes drive away. The historical sites of the Antalya region are also a great way to spend a day out.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
