5 Bedroom Villa with Pool in Akbel, near Kalkan Town, Sleeps 10
This villa sleeps 10 people and is perfect for families and large groups. It offers the best of both worlds; a 15-minute walk from Kalkan town and a 5 to 10-minute drive from the beaches. The villa’s two open lounge kitchen and lounges on separate floors means this would be a perfect option for two families looking to travel together. An added bonus is the private parking at the front of the property, which can accommodate a maximum of two cars.
The first floor consists of the first open plan kitchen and lounge, with one twin bedroom and two en-suite double bedrooms. The exterior can be accessed from the two double bedrooms. The kitchen and lounge offer a television, sofas and a table and chair. Through the patio doors is a pool surrounded by several sun loungers and to the left of the villa is a small table with chairs offering views over Kalkan Bay. There is also a BBQ for guests to use. On the second floor the second open plan kitchen and lounge can be found, again with a kitchen table, a television, a sofa and two small armchairs. This floor has the remaining two en-suite double bedrooms. There is a narrow balcony that runs around the villa and this can be accessed from the lounge or the en-suite double bedroom.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. It is in a perfect location to explore the Antalya region; full of historical sites. Kalkan town is a mere 15-minute walk away and the beaches are a 5-10-minute drive away. In Kalkan town there are many shops, restaurants and bars. Kas a popular seaside town is a 30-minute drive away.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
