This five bedroom villa is located in Kalamar Bay; a popular area in Kalkan, just a six minute drive from the old town itself. It would suit families and groups, looking for a villa that offers panoramic views.
This property consists of three floors, all of which offer sea views. The outdoor area wraps around two sides of the villa; to the left of the property is the infinity pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by several sun loungers, table tennis and an outdoor dining area. To the front of the property is the lengthy terrace with additional sun loungers and additional seating. The outdoor areas can be accessed via patio doors from the open plan kitchen and lounge, where comfortable sofas and a kitchen table can be found. There is also a shower room on this floor. The interior steps lead up to the first floor; consisting of two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. All three rooms are en-suite and one double bedroom also has a Jacuzzi bathtub and its own balcony. The other double room and the twin room share the same balcony. On the second floor are the two remaining bedrooms; a double and twin room. The former has a Jacuzzi bathtub and both bedrooms share the same balcony.
Car hire is recommended to explore the Kalkan region. The seaside town of Kas is an excellent day out, as is visiting the Lycian historical sites in the Antalya province. Kalamar Beach Club is located within walking distance and Kalkan’s public beach is a seven minute drive away.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
