This 6 bedroom villa with pool is situated in Kisla; a quiet, residential area in Kalkan and would suit a large group or family. Its location means that its guests can benefit from its close proximity to the sea; a mere 5-minute walk and Kalkan town is just a 5-minute drive away. It offers views over Kalkan Bay and Kalkan town.
This villa consists of three floors. The ground floor is where the first en-suite double bedroom and the open kitchen and lounge can be found and is reached from the external stairs or the outdoor patio. The outdoor patio is where the infinity pool is situated, along with several sun loungers, a cabana, a BBQ and a good amount of outdoor seating. The pool can be heated at an additional charge. There is a pool table and a treadmill as well. On the first floor are bedrooms two and three, both of which are double en-suite bedrooms, which lead out to a good-sized balcony with tables and chairs. The top floor is where the remaining three bedrooms can be found; bedroom four is an en-suite double bedroom and bedroom five and six are both twin rooms and the latter two share the same bathroom. All three bedrooms lead out to an additional balcony with table and chairs.
Car hire is recommended to be able to explore the Kalkan region. Kisla where the villa is situated is ideal for a quieter holiday in Kalkan. It is a residential area with a couple of eateries and local shops and the popular Kalkan Beach Club. Kalkan town can be reached by car within 5 minutes.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
