This six bedroom villa would suit families and groups of friends looking to stay within a four minute drive of Kalkan old town and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
The villa is made up of three floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen and lounge and two double and one twin bedrooms. The patio doors from the lounge/kitchen area lead out to the spacious exterior, where sun loungers and parasols surround a decent sized infinity pool. There is also an outdoor dining area and table and chairs. On the first floor there is an additional double and twin bedroom and a balcony that wraps around the front of the building. The final double room is on the top floor and there is a terrace with table and chairs. All bedrooms are en-suite shower rooms.
Car hire is recommended when staying in this villa. The seaside town of Kas and the beautiful Blue Lagoon at Oludeniz are both worth a day trip. It is worth venturing down to the old town for a meal or two. Beaches are within a five to twenty minute drive.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
